Safe Neighborhood and A lot to do, below average management

I have a very spacious one bedroom with a loft. It is very comfortable for two people and has plenty of room for a living room, dining area, desk, and bookshelves. The downsides to living here is the management. While they can be responsive, they are normally terrible at getting back to residents. Also, elevators and hallways are dated and infrequently cleaned. Finally, the building has been under construction for a long time and the "pool" has been under construction for two years and is a massive eye sore.
