Excellent housing option, especially for international students

The apartment is outdated, next to constant 7am construction, and has a very unfavorable parking situation. Despite all the inconveniences, I pay the same amount as all other units that don’t deal with the same inconveniences. I would love some modern furniture, faster internet (currently 10mbps) and no noise, but that doesn’t seem to be an option.

Quiet location with much opportunity for interaction with other students. Very old and dated, but it is what you make of it. The area is nice and street parking exists, if not always the quickest option.

Great for grad students and close to campus

It's a nice apartment with a good location in a good neighbourhood. The only thing I don't really like about it, is that you have to buy all kinds of additional things. It would be better in my opinion if plates, cups, cutlery, pots and pans, duvet, a vacuum cleaner, toilet brush etc. were included. Now you have to rush to Target or something on your first day to get all of those things.

I'm really happy to live in UCLA grad housing because the bus stop is right near my apartment, Westwood Village is close and the management team is responsible.

This place is great. From what I know the UCLA housing is comparable to other places in the area. I love that maintenance is prompt, usually gets to my problem in 1-2 days. Pretty quiet most of the time. Super convenient to take the shuttle to campus. Parking in the garage will cost you ~$1000/year extra.

Awesome Spot

This is really a really costly option, but you are so close to campus. I absolutely hate the communal washer/dryers that also cost in addition to rent. Moreover, you have to pay about $1500 for parking and cannot drive to campus before 4:30 pm.

Very convenient for graduate students at UCLA, and a good value for comparable apartments in the immediate Westwood area.
