Capri
It is a good experience for a student who is living alone.

Beginner apt
I get my own room and toilet/sink, but the shared space can be a pain if your housemates are messy. It’s close to campus, but the walls are thin so noise is easily transferable.

Good for price
Pros: It’s decent for the price (you won’t find much lower prices for apartments so close to campus). Campus court is gated which makes you feel safe. Also it’s fully furnished.
Cons: No a/c. Small. You have to pay for laundry everytime you use the machines.

Capri Eugene Review
Best experience I've had with an apartment and its leasing office!

Microstudio for a Great Deal
If you can get a microstudio over the summer before school starts, do it. I am close to campus, have my own parking space, my own shower and bathroom, and a shared kitchen. I wish I had known who my roommates were going to be beforehand. Otherwise I think I may have made a different decision.

Can't wait to move out!!!
With each roommate paying about $700 a month, this place is pretty cheap. It's also incredibly close to the law school with only a 20 minute walk. There are, however, innumerable disadvantages to living here. I have a long, long review I've been working on and getting ready to post but I'm waiting until I move out. I really do think they would try to get back at me for saying something negative about them. Essentially, you would be living in an overpriced motel. Most rooms lack sunlight and have windows that look out into hallways. Parking is $60 a month and half of my roommates have had their cars broken into. The parking garages were also flooded for over a month.. and by flooded, I mean 3 or 4 inches of water. Additionally, the glass from peoples windows being smashed was never cleaned up so that was floating around in the water. About once a week we hear gunshots outside of our building and I don't typically feel safe here. The one time I did complain, after they had requested me to submit feedback, only viewable by them, they told me I "violated the as-is addendum" that I signed and "posed a legal issue." I complained about showing up on my agreed upon move-in date and them placing me into a completely different room with completely separate roommates and being told I would have to move all my stuff again in a month into my right room. Property is awful, management is awful, customer service is awful.
