Excellent apartment for the price

Very responsive management, spacious apartment with great view for low price, safe area, gated, a bit farther from LSU but easy to access with the interstate (approx 20 minutes to campus)

Cypress Parks

Love this place. We had rented at several places throughout my time as a graduate student and stumbled upon this place in my last year—wish we had found it sooner. The rent is reasonable given how much room and space we have. Maintenance is prompt in responding to any/all issues often within a half hour of filing a report. While it’s a short 15 minute drive to LSU, Cypress Parks is located in such a great spot—safe and secure.
