No significant issues. Only thing we don't like is that we have been asked to submit new application fees as a condition for lease renewal. This includes an $80 fee plus a background and credit check.
We especially found the credit check annoying given our status as current tenants, never having missed a payment, and the alternative means through which they could discover the information relevant to their claimed interest in the information (keeping updated records of tenant criminal history, credit status, etc.). Paying $80 every 2 years to get a hard check on our credit report is less than ideal, but we were able to talk them out of it and gave them proof of income and bank records instead.
