Enjoy living here
I've lived here for 4 years now and I really like it! The staff is nice. The apartment complex is very safe. The location is super great too! Takes me about 20 minutes to get to campus, maybe even a little less.

Great place to live
Nice, updated apartments. Apartments are very spacious and very well kept. Lands are a little unkept at times and maintenance takes a little while to fix issues sometimes. Pools are very nice and gym is always open. Parking included is a huge plus. The amenities along with the price make it worth it, especially in Nashville.

It's fine
This is a great location. There are plenty of places nearby to shop and get food and everything is super accessible. The way to school is relatively easy, probably one of the less congested traffic routes in comparison to Brentwood. It is also super affordable compared to a lot of places in Nashville, especially if you live with roommates. Bellevue is a great area to live in.
Try getting an apartment not on the top corner of the building. Sometimes rooms in the corner of the complex are hit by wind from two directions and therefore get colder or warmer than the rest of the apartment depending on the season.

The apartment is very well located. Almost anything you would need is no more than 10 minutes away. The commute to Belmont University is about 15 minutes without traffic.
