Trinity Park — 9/10 Rating (based on 18 neighborhood reviews)
Trinity Park is a neighborhood of single family homes. It is half a mile to Duke's East Campus (great place to go for a run), about a mile to the 9th St. area where a majority of Fuqua students live, and also one mile to downtown Durham. Have easy access to all those spots is great, while also having the space to relax and feel more at home.

Trinity Park is a great mix of families, grad students, and young professionals that make up a vibrant community. It's walkable and dog-friendly which were huge plusses for us. People are very friendly and helpful.

Super nice area. Extremely family friendly and good for walking pets as well. No safety issues that I am aware of. great Place to walk around and look at old, beautiful, expensive houses. Right across from Duke’s East Campus and walkable to downtown Durham if you’re okay with walking 15-20 mins.
