Mature (neighbors are law profs and consultants) Large private lots Very quiet Safe No undergrads anywhere. 1 mile from Top of the Hill (aka <$5 Ubers homes from Franklin Street...) Walking distance to Whole Foods, Sunrise Biscuit Kitchen, Walgreens and the Post Office. Biggest cons: Close to Franklin Street but approx 2.5 miles to Kenan-Flagler Just over 10 minutes door to door when going to class Not a party neighborhood Keep reading

It's being cool, 15 minutes walk to Franklin street. When driving, it is about 10-15 minutes to the Business School. There is also a nearby bus-stop.
