Sorority Row/South Gainesville

Located just East of the University of Florida Campus, the Sorority Row neighborhood is most well known for its beautiful collection of Panhellenic Sorority Houses. The Sorority Row neighborhood is mostly apartments and houses, a popular option with UF students, with luxury apartment and housing options. It is conveniently located between the Downtown and Midtown neighborhoods, making the bars, restaurants, and shopping options in those areas accessible. Outside of the residential area is Sweetwater Preserve, Depot Park, and Lake Wauberg, some of the outdoor spaces where residents can be found enjoying the Gainesville weather most of the year.
