Such a pretty neighborhood. Great for walking around and looking at beautiful homes and landscaped yards. It is a mix of really nice houses and affordable housing that works for students. It is also a very friendly neighborhood and they have neighborhood events, non-covid. My roommates and I have loved the location. It is situated between downtown, campus, and the perkins/overpass area. We can be in any of the three in 5-7 minutes.
