Costa Mesa — 9.3/10 Rating (based on 3 neighborhood reviews)
We love Costa Mesa. We live within walking distance to The Lab and The Camp which means there are lots of cool places to eat and hang out. It is only a 10-minute drive to school but it feels far enough away that it doesn't feel like it's student housing. The location is ideal for my husband who works up in LA because we're super close to the 73, 55, and 405.

Nice area. There is a bus stop where a lot of homeless people like to live at but they are generally very nice.
