Locust Point —
9/10 Rating
(based on 2 neighborhood reviews)
Locust Point is one of the most adorable neighborhoods in Baltimore. Easily safe to run/walk around at night, full of dog parks and corner bars, lots of neighborhoody activities. It's still got a very community feel to it despite all of the commercial building that is happening in the area. There are many young families as well as people who have lived here for generations.

This neighborhood is very walkable and renters here can easily get to other popular neighborhoods on foot.
Locust Point is home to a lot of Baltimore's rich history.
The rent is affordable and attracts a lot of young families/working professionals and a more mature crowd than the Fells Point/Fed Hill scene.
Quaint streets and green spaces make this neighborhood a solid choice.
