Nice apartment, well priced for the area.

I've had a super positive experience here. I live in a one bed one bath with AC, dishwasher, and in-unit laundry. The management co. is very responsive to concerns, including in emergencies or bad weather. Lots of light and wood floors too! Right near Rittenhouse Square, good coffee and restaurants, and major bus lines.

Great location, lay out. Downsides were price and only street parking. Easy to get to work by bus bike or walk

I absolutely love this place. It is small but fulfills my needs, and feels like a little chunk of home. So much natural light was what I really wanted and got. The location is prime as well.

Have enjoyed my two years here - responsive management, have had no issues getting things fixed.
