Good place to live!

8 management rating Reviewed by on

Nice place to live, parking is okay if you pay, can get crowded late at night. Maintenance is super friendly and very responsive. But expensive for what you are getting but on par for this area. I also have in-unit laundry which is nice.

The Alante Review

Good, quiet place to live away from the frenzy of Foggy bottom. Very residential neighborhood: seminary hill in Alexandria, VA. No metro access so roommate and I have cars but very quick drive to campus but painful drive back during rush hour.

Nickle and dime for everything

The lease may be for $1,400-1,550 a month, and it ends up being $1,700 a month ($70/month for wifi, gym fees, water, trash removal, gas/electric etc.)
management is responsive when there is an issue, though.

Great Place to live, responsive maintenance

I love living at the villas, you are surrounded by mostly undergrads, but each building only has 4 apartments usually so does not get too loud. Maintenance is usually pretty responsive to issues. You can get a unit with an in-unit washer and dryer which is very nice to have. The only downfall is, parking can be tight late at night but never have not found a spot, just might need to walk a little farther than normal.

Bright and Spacious

Very well-appointed layout with just enough windows to let a lot of natural sunlight in. The floorplan is open enough where roommates can live together with enough space and privacy. There are outdoor fitness stations and a mini dog park for those who have pets as well!

Managment Team Rocks!

9 management rating Reviewed by on

I've been living here for almost a year now, and feel like the management team is always helpful. Whenever I got problems with anything broken or leaking in my apartment, they would come within a day and get the job done. The overall environment of this community is pretty good. I'm definitely planning to renew my lease!

Okay place to live

Management is decent, amenities are good, and the surrounding area and locality are good. The apartments are well renovated and maintained, however they should be made smoke-free. Since prople smoke in their apartments there is cigarette smell everywhere and it feels suffocating at times.
