Unsupervised and Rundown
I currently live in the S building; It is a rundown, leaky nightmare w/ little sound-proofing & a front office that has been ordered to maximize profit and nothing else. You will experience downright insane people on a daily basis here; It's almost as if that's the kind of tenant they prefer.
Its fine for the price
The apartments are nothing special, but not terrible either. The first night I moved here my car got broken into which makes me question the neighborhood, but since then no major issues. The price is decent and the apartments, while not in great shape, get the job done. Management is decently responsive. If you just need somewhere to live, they generally work but also not the nicest property in the area.
Towers Of Windsor Park Review
Great Location, 15 mins from school and surronding area full of places to hangout, get food, and buy groceries
Pearl Dadeland Review
Good, but Expensive (for what you get)
Fairways Apartment Home
The management service is excellent and I feel like they'd delivered on every promise. I love the neighborhood and the amenities offered - there's lots of outdoor and park space on the property.
The Fairways Apartment Homes
This apartment has been great. It is near to both my roommate and I's campuses and the apartment itself is very nice. It is cozy with a lot of bedroom space. Whenever there has been an issue, the apartment maintenance was prompt and attentive to the problem. For the price, parking, and safety of location, I really like this apartment.
The most bang for your commute
I love my apartment because I get the most bang for by buck space wise. It is around 900 square feet and the porch is huge. It is about 16 miles outside of D.C and that does make the commute to and from my law school anywhere between 40-50 minutes but it is a worthwhile for the price and the space.
Park West Review
I had an enjoyable time at my apartment. Other than noise from neighbors, I had no issues.
Great apartment in a great location
My experience here has been great! The move-in process was easy from scheduling the showing to picking up our keys. The apartment itself is updated with newer appliances, keyless entry, central air, and in-unit washer/dryer. The complex has a dog park, pool, gym, and clubhouse all included in the rent. Location is key and Park West 205 is just minutes from the parkway making it easy to get to shopping, the airport, and downtown.
Pearl Dadeland Review
Can be unkept sometimes
Pearl dadeland 7/10
Apartment is in good location, apartments are super nice. Maintenance of amenities are not great. Gym is nice but usually dirty. Usually issues of dog urine and poop around building but that is normal in this area of dadeland. Leasing agents are okay
Convenient location
I love the greenway plaza/ upper kirby/ river oaks area. There are many grocery, dining, and shopping options nearby and the commute to campus is manageable. This community in particular offers luxury amenities and the management team is reasonably responsive.
The Midtown Experience
I recommend living in midtown. It is 10 minutes from the university and relatively safe for the inner city. There are tons of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. If you can hold off moving in until the winter, rent is significantly less so my rent is would be more like 1400-1600 if I moved in the summer months. It is a newer building so one can definitely find cheaper prices at other apartments nearby.
Affordable Nice Apartment in a Great Location
Coming from my experience living in downtown Austin, this complex is much more affordable, and is managed more effectively. My apartment is less than $700 a month/person. The amenities are pretty average. There's a nice pool with plenty of lounge area, but the pool is a little small. I consistently use the gym, it has everything you need, and the equipment is nice, but it's also pretty small and can get crowded if you go at a busy time. The parking is good, it's a secure garage and I've never struggled to find a good parking spot. There's a small dog area that also includes a bathing station for the dog. Great shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The area is safe and relatively quiet, but people love to drive as loud as possible as they're driving by which can be annoying sometimes. The apartment is about a 15-minute drive from campus which I don't really mind. The metro stops pretty close to the apartment if needed. The management is very nice and responsive.
.
This is a very short drive from the school and all the major shopping opportunities in Cherry Hill. I think it is the absolute best blend between living close to Camden and also having a place that is far enough away from school that you can successfully de-stress after work.
