New Horizons Housing

I absolutely love where my partner and I live. Our neighborhood is very quiet with lots of trees, and within walking distance to lots of small restaurants, as well as Clark Park. Our apartment is super affordable, and while it's not close to the medical school, I am two blocks from a trolley stop so I can easily get into Center City and to LKSOM. We can park for free on the street but choose to pay extra each month to park our car in the parking lot. My favorite thing about our apartment is that it includes a small office. It is an old building and we've had maintenance issues in the past, but everything gets addressed quickly by management.

This is my second New Horizons apartment. They are great at taking care of any problems that arise. This apartment is on the smaller side, but I needed a more affordable 1-bedroom option, so had to go with less space.

Overall, I've had a good experience living in this apartment. My only complaint is that its location is a little distant from Drexel's campus

Leasing office is unresponsive at times, but building is clean, nice location, safe

The staff is very helpful and friendly, and the office is M-F with an on-call repairman during and outside those hours. Although the building is on 48th street (about a mile from the vet campus) it is easy to find in street parking and the area is patrolled nightly by Penn safety. I enjoy living here and have extended my lease a second year.

Apartment is good, small bathroom and kitchen but workable. Building is in a good location, safe, reasonably quiet.

Safe and quick response to maintenance requests. Great location. Very small apartment and the building is old. Radiators are loud and the electricity goes off sometimes. Management usually very quick with a fix though! Very safe building and neighborhood, chill neighbors.
