Reserve at Lenox Park

It’s an old apartment complex but it does have some renovated units. It locates away from busy roads so it is quiet. Their apartment management is good. The downsides are no elevators and limited parking spots.

"Safe and friendly pet neighborhood"

I have to say I love this apartment. It's very safe; residents have a key card to swipe in and guests can dial the call box to be let in. The parking is a little limited as there's only outside parking and it's not reserved. LOVE the on site DIY carwash. This is a great environment for pets as there are stairs everywhere (no elevators) and there's a really close park close by that's walkable. There isn't much in terms of restaurants right around the area, but it's a close drive to Lenox and the Target on Peachtree. The apartments are nice - fully upgraded. Room sizes aren't too big and the apartment is not roommate style but the living room was a good size and there was a cute balcony porch. Overall, I have no regrets!

Love Buckhead

I've loved living at Reserve at Lenox Park. The gym and the pool are fantastic and I really like Buckhead. The community is well managed and I've even managed to make a couple of new friends in the building!

Easy

Great location, reasonable rent, but management could improve. Although they fix any issues in the unit quickly. The gym is small but you can still do a ton it. And the clubhouse has an amazing coffee machine. Parking is the worst but I will take the rent because it is the best in the area.

Great apartment for the price, no complaints!

The Reserve has everything you need if you're not picky and willing to sacrifice a few bells and whistles for a lower price. The pool is nice, never gets too crowded, and management is great. The kitchens are small (make sure you ask for an update one, it's worth it!), but overall the apartments are adequate. I've loved living here and would definitely recommend it!

Great apartment for the money

The Reserve was the perfect apartment building for someone like myself that just graduated. There are a lot of young people (must be okay with a little noise), but the price and location can't be beat. The apartments are fairly small, but most have an updated kitchen which is worth asking for. The pool is nice, just not huge. Management was always responsive!

Safe Neighborhood, Great for Young Professionals, Not too City-like

The Reserve at Lenox Park is an overall great neighborhood, safe, quiet, and rather close to several amenities. Since it is more of a neighborhood feel, it does not make you feel like you live in a city (it is close to the ATL city line, and is technically Brookhaven). If you are looking for a pet-friendly location, this is just for you. Lenox Park is a nicely sized area with a dog park. The Lenox-Marta station is just over a mile away, and you also have the Lenox & Phipps Shopping malls 2 miles away.
Other than location, these luxury apartments offer you LOTS of space. Spacious bedrooms, bathrooms, and fabulous walk-in closets. Maintenance is quick to reply to any requests, and the leasing office is good about answering any questions you may need. Shannon is the most responsive. Most of these apartments are getting renovated with more upgrades, however the ones not as new are still just as great. No real cosmetic complaints.

Getting around Brookhaven

Brookhaven Reviews

14 reviews
Lively but the population is a little older than somewhere closer to downtown. You get a lot of people in their mid-20s to mid-40s in the area. Very safe: you have both the Fulton county police, Atlanta police, and Brookhaven police in the area and there is even a courtesy officer that lives in MAA Glen and serves the community. The complex is gated as well with resident entry and guest entry and each apartment has smarthome entry rather than lock and key to prevent breakins. There is a lot of shopping in the area that is very accessible by car, but the nearest MARTA station is <10 minute walk as well.
The property is on Buford Highway in between North Druid Hills and Brookhaven so you have to drive to either - both are great neighborhoods. There is also a greenway for walking and running across the street from the complex. Commute to school is 10-20 min, depending on traffic.
Brookhaven is conveniently located from Downtown Atlanta. Downtown Brookhaven is absolutely the cutest, with unique dining and shopping experiences.
I work in Buckhead and these apartments are very close! Also there are a ton of young professionals that live in the complex. Not a lot of families.
Apx. 20 minute drive from school, many grocery stores including Costco, and lots of young families with pets in the area.

Although close to Buckhead and several nice bars/restaurants in Brookhaven, it is a bit farther from other neighborhoods where students like to socialize, like Virginia Highlands and Inman Park.
Neighborhood is safe and neighbors are great. See prior review for same.
There's plenty to do within a 5-10 minute drive. Nothing within walking distance. A bit of a pain to get to mid-town/innman park/o4w areas.
The location has a great park to walk around and is perfect distance away from Buckhead and Brookhaven. Rarely traffic. I love this area!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
