Quiet, woods, great maintenance, 17 min from airport, 12 min from school
Always kept in great condition, private walking area through the woods with a creek going through it, gym with 2 pelotons open 24/7, bbq areas, pets allowed, great amount of space for lowest cost I have found in the area. Really quiet despite being next to I-85. Really nice place. Balconies for every apartment. Walk-in closet in every bedroom

It has been a good experience living here with its proximity to campus and clinicals. The price is affordable especially for the area.

Solid place to live
Pros:
Maintenance has always been very quick to address issues, management is open and easy to reach, and the apartments are decent. Decent facilities and safe. Also, Google fiber is available.
Cons:
There are clear shortcuts used during construction (incomplete trim, slight irregularities in accents, etc.). Parking enforcement is strict--they boot cars without permit stickers (though there are plenty of visitor spots).
