Park Place 10/10
I LOVE living here. The units are spacious, amenities are great, management and maintenance are responsive and so helpful. We have fun events like a christmas party, bourbon tasting, food trucks, pool parties, etc. I would definitely recommend it!

Great place to stay
There are other med students and doctors that live there. For the price, a roommate could make it very affordable. It is one of the best apartment complexes in the city. Defiinitely worth it!

My roommate and I could not have asked for a better place to live in med school. Everyone is very friendly, the amenities are unbeatable and the atmosphere is quiet and relaxed.

Park Place
I live in a two bedroom apartment with another M1 and it is definitely one of the nicest complexes in Lexington! Management is really helpful and responsive, and there are lots of social events that they hold (every month or so), like yoga by the pool and free food trucks. There is a good mix of age groups at this apartment complex, definitely not a lot of college kids. It is quiet and safe, and very clean. Apartment is very spacious and includes washer/dryer for no additional charge. Takes me about 10 minutes to drive to campus and the drive is super easy. Plenty of parking and you can rent additional garage space if you want. We also have a pet spa, car-care center (wash and air for tires), a really nice gym and pool and common areas. Would totally recommend this place to other medical students!! Get on waitlist soon though because I know it is long.

Park Place Apartments
Park Place is a very nice place to live. Amenities are great--gym is nice, they have a pool. Apartments themselves are very nice, and they have a variety of floor plans ranging from 1-bedroom all the way up to townhomes (I do not think they have studios).
