Overall a good experience
If you don't mind the drive to campus, I generally really like the Legends. Maintenance is pretty responsive, and the units are nice. There are some issues with thin walls and noise from neighbors, but that is to be expected of most apartments. My biggest complaint is that packages often get delivered to the leasing office, which is only open from 9:00-5:00. There aren't any parcel lockers, and this can be a real inconvenience for someone that spends most of their time at school, especially if you order essentials/household items via Amazon.

Great community
A great community that is quiet and has great amenities with 2 pools and a gym. The management is very attentive. There is plenty of parking and the community is gated. Overall a great experience.

Home in the Foothills
A nice location in the Foothills with good amenities. Allows for a nice separation between home and school. Sometimes far from social activities put on by the school.
