Review
In Kerrytown near Zingerman's. Landlord lives across the street and is very responsive. The shared kitchen is spacious with two dishwashers and two refrigerators. A professional cleaning service cleans the common areas once a week. Each tenant has their own bathroom and spacious closet and rooms are leased individually, so you aren't responsible for filling an empty room if someone moves out. The landlord has many similar properties around Ann Arbor and rents certain properties only to young professionals and grad students.
