Never rent here

Don't be fooled by the beautiful building. This management company, Avenue5, is the worst I've ever dealt with, by far. Staff are entirely unresponsive to maintenance requests and smoke right at the front door below tenants' open windows. The building is constantly too hot, too loud, or both. Good luck getting any sleep here. Cars have been stolen out of the garage and staff have called the police on tenants. This place is a nightmare.
