Pretty Community 20 Minutes Away from ST. Thomas
It's a pretty community. It's very safe and has great ammenities. I found the lake in the back with a walking trail very helpful for relaxing. Also, there's a new Starbucks 5 minutes away if you go walking through a beautiful trail with another lake surrounding it.
The only issue is that I wish the floors will be kept clean more often, but since you share a hallway with 4 neighbors, then you may have either extremely clean neighbors or neighbors that do not care at all.
The GYM is huge and complete.
The Miramar Public Library is across the street and it's pretty big and great for reading.
Also, you have the police department across the street and the fire department a block away.
The units are completely new.
My suggestion is to stay away from units facing the street as the cars going by can get noise into your home.
