Affordable and spacious apartments

Apartments' floor plans are very large (most 800+ sq ft) with wood floors, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. We have a ton of room for storage. There are 3 pools and a fitness center (unfortunately most of them have been closed for maintenance the entire time we've been here). We have a garage and 1 permit for open parking within the complex (plenty of street parking as well). Units do not include refrigerators. Maintenance is unreliable. We've had several problems, including: our microwave, sliding door, kitchen cabinets, shower, hallway cabinets, outlets, and more), and maintenance has been quick to come at time but never showing up for others and we've needed to call multiple times before they ever send someone. Sometimes no one comes at all. Neighbors are mostly quiet. Complex is family friendly. Complex is right next to the 22 freeway entrance and the 5 and 405 are nearby as well. traffic during rush hour does make for a long commute to Irvine, it can take up to an hour (~20 minutes without traffic). Near several grocery stores. There is an off-leash area for pets.

Irvine is one of the best places to live in the States. Very well planned city. Most importantly, it feels safe here. When it comes to travel, public transport could be a bit of a hassle. But you can travel by OC bus or Anteater express. If you live on campus, you don't need to worry about travel as most schools are nearby.
Neighborhood is awesome, have a golf course nearby. a really great trail nearby for walking, running.
Grocery store like Ralphs is nearby. also few bars and restaurants are nearby on a 20 minutes walk distance.
It's great to live at UTC as a student, there's always a lot of people studying and many food shops in the shopping center to study at.
It is near to a lot of plazas and other residences. People walk their dogs around the neighborhood so it is very safe.
no problems with the neighborhood
(just a lot of undergrads in the area, as long as you're okay with that)

it's close to UTC and to a lot of Asian food and groceries though, so that's been really great
I have no complaints about the neighborhood. Clean, safe, and is technically on campus.
You are very close to everything, There is the UCI shuttle you can take and you will have access to Albertsons across Campus Plaza. It is very accessible to the nearby locations.
Convenient to get groceries. Great place to hang out with your friends.
