Great location! Safe and quiet
Surrounded by trees and across from a park, this apt complex is tucked away in a quiet area. BUT, you are still 2-5 minutes away from LOADS of restaurants and stores, including a Target and Walmart. Very close to Elon undergrad, and about a 20 minute commute to Elon Law/downtown Greensboro. We're very close to the exit, so it pretty much a straight shot to the city. Great place to stay especially if you don't want to live in the city or pay city prices for less space than you'd get here! They have all kinds of floorplans as well. I'd suggest getting a roommate to cut costs more. Unlike traditional college housing that comes with furniture, these apartments are NOT furnished. However, my roommate and I rent furniture from CORT, and there is another company that rents out furniture the complex knows of as well. Only main issue I hear about is how packages end up on the wrong doorsteps or possibly taken? However, we have never dealt with this problem and also have a doorbell camera. (We order on Amazon religiously). Feels safe and secure because it seems as though a handful of police officer's live in the complex and their cars are frequently parked around the parking lot.

Great & Quiet Place to Live
If you don’t mind a commute I would definitely recommend living here. This complex is right behind a ton of shopping centers so it’s super convenient. The apartments are clean and maintenance is very timely. The complex itself is well kept and usually very quiet and peaceful. There are several families, college students, and sheriffs living at the complex so I always feel very safe and comfortable in my space.
