Budget Spot Close to WFU

Depends on what you are used to but I'd say its average. There are no lights in the living space or bed room, some occasional bugs, and a moldy smell that you get used to.

Sherwood Station Review

The apartment is nice. It's small but functional. It's 10 minutes away from campus and right next to several stores, banks, restaurants, and a park. The management is good.

Sherwood Station Review

The apartments are clean and big enough for a couple. There are two swimming pools and a playground. The location is about 10 minutes from campus and right next to a gas station, a dollar tree, a park, and roughly 10 banks. The management is good.
