Great spot if you want to be closer to downtown! Fairly priced in a great/safe location.

Pretty location

It’s a great location and the apartment itself is nice. But management is very strict with a lot of rules so it can be frustrating at times.

EDGEWATER

Very big fan of edgewater, a lot of stuff to do. May seem far from campus but it is in the opposite direction of traffic so the drive really isn’t bad.

Great location & next to a park

Building staff is always friendly & helpful. Location is great with easy access to South Beach, Wynwood, Brickell, and downtown. The newly built dog park is plus and the park is lovely, with basketball courts, tennis courts, and a jogging path along the water.

Great location, terrible management

Management lacks common sense and is petty beyond belief. The building is well kept, but there is a charge for everything (elevator use, even for a delivery) and there is a threat of a fine for everything. Management does not provide any repairs for anything. The location is amazing, the view is beautiful and living across from the park is ideal.

Close to Miami Beach, downtown, brickell, midtown and wynwood. Coral Gables, Little Havana and Coconut grove is also a short drive away. Lots of great restaurants, an amazing dog-friendly park, and just beautiful area in general.

More and more people are moving into the area to stay in close enough to the hub of the city but avoiding the price of say, Brickell. Young area.
