Amaziiing place to live

This is an amazing place to live! Very quiet and calm. People that live there are very respectful. I love the amenities specially the pool, the view and the gym. Also, the location is perfect beacuse you dont get the traffic of brickell because you are near the I-95. Overall, I have no regrets! This places is awesome.

Brickell townhomes - a good choice

Condo association is not bad. Pool is clean and large, well maintained grounds. Staff is friendly and nice. Valet is always careful with cars. Neighbors are friendly, security is strong since every visitor is checked in and not allowed to drive up until they are approved by tenant.

Right next door to the apartment is a Boston Market (fast food), a chipotle , a chase bank, and a Pei Wei restaurant across the street begins the true Miracle mile, complete with countless restaurants, bridal stores, and a Barnes and Noble. There are plenty of food and shopping possibilities moments from the apartment.

Coconut Grove is walking distance and we have many restaurants and stores close to us. The neighborhood is quiet and we have never encountered any issues.
