Great location, but too loud and expensive

Apartment itself is very nice. Great location, near bars, restaurants, and school. The apartment is incredibly loud, which is due to street traffic at all hours. Amenities are also not modern, and the management company has not been particularly helpful in fixing things or updating appliances that needed work.
