Overall rating 7.0/10, based on 1 renter review Write a review
When I moved into the building, it was owned by the University as graduate student housing. That's presumably why the rent is lower-than-average for the neighborhood. But then the University sold off half of its grad student housing options at a time when rents in Hyde Park are sky-rocketing (and despite the fact that there is always a wait list to get into grad student housing).
I can say, without a doubt, that I would not have been able to attend this law school without the graduate student housing made available to me.

Hyde Park Reviews
I personally loved living close to campus, for access both to Harper Center and to the broader UChicago campus. I feel much more integrated with the rest of the university as a result of proximity and availability.
In short, there's enough going on in Hyde Park not to feel isolated, but it's far enough away from the city not to feel suffocated.
