terrible management and very drafty apartment. not secure building

really cool location and cool old building with great views. very cheaply renovated and terrible management that does not respond to emails or calls. The building is not secure, gates would break and stay open and we had a thief for months. They will nickle and dime you, I had a broken running toilet for months which resulted in a very high water bill, they have yet to respond to me for 2 months about this issue. seriously.

Dont come here

Madison Parke took over for the previous management company (which went bankrupt and had to sell all of its properties). I have not received a utility bill in over 10 months. Maintenance takes forever. Property manager or really anyone does not respond, you truly have to pull teeth for anything. The maintenance guy is very nice and tries his best the management is so far behind on everything its a very anxiety producing environment. They use a 3rd party utility system as well which overcharges tenants. Finally, the building is NOT secure. the gates constantly break and are left wide open, we had an issue of a package thief for over 6 months. I dont think I have lived in a more drafty apartment in my life, which made my heat bills almost $200. insane.

Nice but maintenance is slow

The building and location are great, and management is very nice. Really my only complaint is that maintenance is often slow to respond to things and communication with them is difficult and inconsistent.

Good amenities, terrible washer and dryer 2 in 1. Area is fine but recommend not living on as main/ crazy of a street like Broad St
