A block from Kroger. Several blocks from Glendale Target. Super close to Broad Ripple bars. Great price for location

Great Location
Extremely close to Broad Ripple and Castleton areas. Only utility you pay for is electricity, which does get high in the summer.

Virtual Student
As a student having to do school virtually it has been important to have space and comfortability in my apartment. This 1 bd 1 bath apartment has plenty of space for me and my Australian shepherd puppy. Staff is friendly and timely with maintenance requests. I personally love the door to door trash & recycling pick up!
