2 bed 1 bath 1100sqft (including unfinished basement). Good space for storage and includes washer/dryer hookups. Electric gated parking lot (1 car per unit). Not much else in way of amenities. Not near any grocery stores but there is a bus stop nearby. 15 minute drive to campus.
