Extremely friendly and helpful staff. 24 hr desk person makes me feel safer living alone

Great place to live

On the expensive side but you get what you pay for. Conveniently located (walk to work, no farther than Univ MD parking garages), attached parking garage (for $100 extra), safe environment, spacious apartment especially kitchen space. Carpeted bedrooms with black vinyl flooring in main living areas. Laundry in each unit. Good management and maintenance. Recently upgraded to Nest E programmable thermostats. Common amenities include a gym, club room, and grill. Front desk receives and signs for packages. Note that only some apartments have windows with screens. Downside is the apartment seems to have been designed for tall people, the shower mount and closet racks are a bit higher than I'm used to. I'm not short by any means but it's a noticeable difference. There is sometimes noise from the Shock Trauma helicopters and ball games at Camden Yards but it hasn't been a problem for me. Extra charges include $100 for garage (discount rate for UMD), pet fees (I don't know what they are since I don't have a pet), $5 for trash, $40-50/month for water/sewer, and electricity varies by season and thermostat setting but for me it's been $30-80/month.

Building is great. Well kept and maintained by staff. Management is super helpful and accommodating. Definitely on the far end if pricing but other apartments in vincinity not of the same quality. Extra bonus having 24 hour security. Security personnel super nice. Remember individual renters and always have a smile on their face.

Great place. Great perks. Great people. What I like about, "The Zenith" is that it is in the middle of the city. That helps a lot with getting around. It is also secure and safe, despite being relatively close to some areas that are more prone to criminal action.

Living at The Zenith has been so good for me - as a young professional, the building has a lot of amenities that are convenient and that I use often. The location also can't be beat - you can walk to the attractions in the Inner Harbor within minutes.
