Great place to live, if you can afford it
If you are willing to pay the price to live in this area, this is definitely a great apartment complex. I love living here - plenty of young professionals around my own age. Feels like a very safe area, too. Parking is not normally bad - you (and any visitors) can usually find parking very easily, for free.

Great Location!
The building and all the apartments have a very modern feel to them. There are also many amenities, such as a pool, the gym, the screening rooms and outdoor grills that provide an exception living experience. The apartments themselves are pretty close to many of the things Baltimore has to offer. I would recommend Hanover Brewers Hill for a comfortable living spot.

Love the building, but lots of immature college kids/recent grads live there
I like the Hanover Brewers Hill because the apartments themselves are some of the nicest I have ever lived in. They have an AWESOME movie theater room that can be reserved for parties, the gym is a great size for an apartment, they have covered parking, a pet washing station, a pool and a pool table. Overall, the amenities are beyond anything else you'll find in the city, however: the pool becomes spring break for college kid interns. Under Armour puts 4-6 college kids in an apartment for the summer and they shot gun beers in the pool, break glass, scream curses and all around families with children. The management really does try to help this, they are all so nice, but they fall short in controlling this chaos in the summer. The building is relative safe and has a security guard, but I've seen them sleeping once or twice and there was an occasion where no one answered the emergency night phone. Also, you can definitely hear the train if you are facing Canton Crossing or the train tracks and it is LOUD.

Great modern apartment building!
I've only been living here for about a month, but I love it so far! I'm on the top floor and have an excellent view of the canton crossing shopping center, which is right across the street. I love being so close to the shopping center, it has all I need! The canton square is about a ten minute walk away, so location is definitely ideal. The rooms are very open and spacious, and mine has a pretty high ceiling. The kitchen is pretty nice for an apartment, too. There's a nice little gym, a great package and mail center, a pool, and even a place to wash your pets. Great place overall!

Great amenities
Love the location of Hanover Brewers Hill. It is close to Canton Square and Canton Crossing Shopping Center. They also have great amenities including the gym, pool, TV rooms, and a Club room with TVs, kitchen, and a pool table. The apartment itself is also a great layout. The model we chose has a double vanity and 2 walk-in closets- perfect for a couple!
