Strip District Rental Review
Living at the Cork Factory has been a welcoming experience. This is my first experience living alone and from day one the management, other residents and staff have been extremely kind. They have a complimentary happy hour every week where you can meet other tenants. The amenities include a small gym, a pool, fire pits and access to the riverfront. There are a lot of restaurants and bars within walking distance and it's a short drive to PNC Park and Acrisure Stadium. My biggest downside to where I live is the price of rent. They recently increased it by $150/month in the past year.

Great Place
Living here during law school has definitely been great. It’s an easy drive to campus everyday, and the apartment complex is quiet which allows for quality study time. But also near a lot of new attractions in the strip district.
