Favorite apartment in Pittsburgh, and I've lived all over.
There are a lot of different floorplans in Bracken House with a large variety of pricing. The layouts are all spacious with plenty of storage and a lot of natural light. The parking is on site and in a garage for SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than other local apartments. It takes me 6 minutes to get to school - with traffic. My view is of the river with the city skyline in the background, all three north shore bridges, walking distance downtown, the strip, PNC park, and Acrisure Stadium. There's a private pool, grills, gym, and patio area. There is also gated access to the Riverwalk, with very few people on it at a time. The leasing office staff is so nice and will be there whenever you need. What more could you need! I really really love it here! Not a lot of people know about this place and they should!
