101 S Ellwood

Relatively quiet, families and young professionals, parking garage makes it convenient, online portal for residents is a bit glitchy, janitorial staff and maintenance are wonderful--building is always clean, the gym echoes quiet a bit, only 1 elevator available on move-in days (but elevators are huge for move-in/move-out), everyone is kind and friendly.

Great Place

I live in one of the lofts at 101 Elllwood and really enjoy it. They are pet friendly and very accommodating. Maintenance responds to calls quickly and the management is very friendly. Its a short walk to Canton Square for some nightlife and a short drive to Canton Crossing, the Can Company and the harbor.

101 Ellwood

Awesome building! Great (little) gym, yoga classes, pet friendly, really nice tenants, always clean, maintenance guy is awesome, space in the apartment is really amazing-- unique layouts, parking garage is a HUGE plus.

Dealing with management isn't always easy. Often don't reply in a timely manner and can come off a bit rude.
