Studio Apartment

The management responds with any maintenance issue very fast. The hallways do smell sometimes and the walls are thin. Really close to school, which is super convenient.

Right next to the Sun Rail

My studio is very nice and I have no complaints about the inside of the building. The management responds fast and has always answered any questions I have. I live alone and so my main concern with this building is the surrounding area. There are lots of homeless people that can easily get into the building. I don’t feel comfortable leaving the building after dark.

Convenient but pricey

Can walk to class but rent is a bit pricey and the surrounding area doesn’t feel safe
