Solid for the price

Location is decent, close to two metros, and pretty quiet. Also a quick walk to the grocery store and a few food options.

For some reason, whoever designed the wiring/building, decided to put the cable outlet over the door???? There's still a stretch of hallway, plus the kitchen entry, before you get to the studio portion, so there's just a long cable trailing around. Hopefully whoever built this place didn't spend too much on that electrician degree.
