Great location - livable apartments - great rent
I moved in here my first year of medical and it has been great - dinky can get rambunctious with undergrads but this is right on the edge so it's not too bad. There's busses to get you downtown or right onto campus within a block from the apartment. The apartment doesn't have much for fancy amenities but it's always decently clean and theres fun little monthly community events (free food). We love the low price (you can get studios in the $700 range) and that it includes parking, and that we can have our cat!

Great location & affordable option
I love the location of my apartment. It’s a short walk to dinky town and campus. It’s a 5 minute drive across the river to Carlson. The rent was lower than most places around it, and the square footage is much larger. I LOVE my underground parking spot, a must have for Minnesota winters. The building is older, so the kitchen and bathroom are a little outdated. There are quite a few families that live here and they allow some pets. Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience!

Marcy Park Student Housing Co-Op
It is an older apartment building that is very spacious, it can be loud throughout the day because it is right next to the highway. Pretty small bathroom but there is a linen closet that can be used too. The management isn't the best at responding to emails and they do take a while to answer any maintenance requests but I have not had many and there is a lot of value that I am getting from it. It is completely unfurnished as well.
