I've lived at Eaves Fairfax Towers for three years. I moved here at the beginning of my time in the AU graduate program. The apartments are spacious and conveniently located near 4 different shopping plazas (there is a whole foods, trade joes, giant, and harris teeter) all within 2-5 minutes of the apartment building by car. There is a shuttle that takes you to West Falls Church Metro Station. Route 7, 66 and 495 are all located near here which allows you to travel around the dmv. Overall the community is nice with ample parking, Amazon Hub to get packages 24/7 and the concierge and maintenance team are friendly and professional.

Pretty close to all of the Mclean offices. Apartment is great with friendly managers and super quick maintenance. Sadly, I have experienced a few bugs. The staff is fairly responsive though and Orkin comes by every week if you need it. (But I wish that I could directly talk to the Orkin people to discuss a plan. They come while I'm at work)
**However, bugs seem to be very rare here, because two other people I know here have never seen anything.

There's a shuttle bus to the metro so if you don't have a car it's probably the best place for you. I'm only 10 minutes from Capital one HQ, and 12-15 to the other Capital One Buildings. Parking fills up quickly but you have the option of paying for reserved parking. Two shopping centers that are walking distance, Whole Foods and Traders Joes. They also have a dog park!

This is a safe place stay. Convenient for groceries shopping. Close to metro and public transport. Very close to mall. walking distance to restaurants. Beautiful trails.
The staff is very friendly and helping. Maintenance is quick in responding to issues.

I have lived at eaves Fairfax Towers for 3 years with roommates. The rooms are a decent size and never had a problem with bugs or rodents. I think the management company does things on the cheap when fixing or updating. Basically get what you pay for.
