Comfort and convenience

Overall, I like the Residences. The staff there is personable and responsive. They are genuinely interested in improving the experience of living there. The gym downstairs is great, just enough machines to keep people from waiting. The proximity to downtown Silver Spring and the Metro station is definitely a plus.
