Perfect for me right now
I live in a 2 bed 1 bath with a roommate. The place is old and charming. Has really high ceilings and pretty large rooms. The only downside is that the kitchen is down the hall from the living room so you can’t hang out and cook at the same time. Because it’s old temperature control can be tough but we’ve been fine. As a med student I’m a bit far from HUP by foot but I bike everyday (only 12 minutes) which I love.

Rittenhouse Square Reviews
Spruce Street in particular is great - it's a little south of the square, so is quieter/shielded from a lot of the traffic that the neighborhood gets, but it's not out of the way or far away. There's a Starbucks, a grocery store (Rittenhouse Market), and a few corner stores (Four Seasons and Food & Friends) within a 2-3 minute walk of my apartment.
