Highly recommended

I have had a great experience at Meadow Glen. I have nothing to complain about: the company is accessible and friendly; the community is safe, quiet, and clean; the apartments are reasonably sized for the price.

AC and appliances (includes in-unit laundry) work well, the grounds are maintained, and the building seem pretty new. Pets are also allowed, including my two pet rabbits.

The only trade-off for me is that, as a student of ASU Law, the commute is a bit longer than I'd hope for (~25-35 min each way). But it's a small price to pay to avoid the smaller units of downtown.
