meh

other places in the area seem much nicer for the around the same cost. Keep in mind this property has three buildings - A, B, C. B seems to be much nicer than A. unfamiliar with C.

Very convenient for travel purposes. Restaurants and bars are all within walking distance. Fry's grocery store is right beside the building as well. There is always security walking the block outside. But, it can sometimes be noisy on weekend because of the bars.
I really like this neighborhood. It's located in a nice, central location that is close to a lot of restaurants/bars and in great walking distance from the law school. The light rail is also only a couple of blocks away. The one down side is that there's a decent amount of ongoing construction, so that creates noise from time to time. And nearby bars also can get a bit noisy on weekends, but it's not too bad if you keep your windows closed.
There are tons of fun bars and restaurants around, and it's a good distance from campus.
Walking distance to school, bars, restaurants, the stadiums, and everything else. I only use my car for groceries and whenever I need something elsewhere. Very walkable, but the homeless can frighten some people
This is a great location to live in. There are a lot of bars and restaurants nearby, and it's close enough to schools and other downtown locations that are worth visiting. It's also right off the 10, and you can easily travel anywhere in the Valley.
Lots of new apartment complexes, restaurants, and outdoor space. Some homeless people, but not enough to make me feel very uncomfortable as a woman living alone. Overall a safe, cute, and entertaining neighborhood.
Everything is very easy and convenient to get too. A lot of construction
It has some good and bad areas, but it is close to the law school.
