It was the most affordable place I could find close to the Tempe campus. They are under a change in ownership right now and it is a chaotic mess. The entire complex is under construction and is a mess. They do not have enough staff members. Overall, it gets the job done, but is by no means nice. I live in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom private apartment. So I just pay for my room and bathroom, that is why it is the cheapest option. I was randomly placed with a roommate.
