Great price and quite community, well maintained.

The apt is very spacious and in good shape. Laundry in unit and appliances are in good condition. Everything is electric. management and maintenance crew are very nice and professional. The location is okay. It’s close to Costco, CVS, power Rd, Winco Foods, and target. It’s 10 mins away from school. Plenty of parking. The only negative is that it doesn’t have a study lounge or printing center. Also, the area is relatively safe but this apt complex is not gated but there is security.

Peaceful Living

Very quiet and clean place of residence. Cheaper rent than other luxury apartments nearby, so that's a major selling point. There's also a built-in desk/study nook in each apartment so it saved me money on furniture. Pool is usually empty and gym is very clean. Lots of natural sunlight.
