Cozy place in great little borough

Moved here last with my partner and our dog for me to attend law school at Villanova (about 20 minutes away by car).

The building is really quiet and has lots of nice amenities (gym/yoga room*, conference center with computers and printing*, party room with separate screening room, pool, covered parking included).

The community is terrific. Our puppy has lots of friends who live in the building. We know all of our neighbors, most of whom are young professionals working in the area. Otherwise, the building seems to be mostly occupied by families and retirees. (Not many college kids that I've seen.)

Unhappy

The new management company has not been maintaining the building to its potential. Lights are constantly out in the hallways, carpets are filthy and stained, and maintenance takes a week to respond to simple issues. They do not seem to care about their residents as much as other complexes.
