Great Location, Decent Apartments

1500 Chicago
Coming from Boston, this apartment is very spacious. We regularly host people in our large living room (2 big couches) and 4-person dining table. Laundry is in the building and there's a locked package delivery room. We have a street-and-park facing view - no looking into another person's home or at a wall!
Our lease began July 15th, 1 year lease.
Also, there are 2 elevators in the building, for easier move-in and an attached parking garage (though few students keep a car at Kellogg).

Good location, great value
While the building is quite old, it is in a good location. Close to grocery stores and not too far away from Kellogg.

Good spot
1500 Chicago is a vintage apartment and provides no frills apartments at a decent price. 12min walk from the Jake and large living space. Recommended for people looking for a decent place with a medium to low budget

Excellent location and value
Good value for the money. Great location, especially since it's near the shuttle bus stop - great for the winter. Close to downtown Evanston, grocery stores, and restaurants. Building is also full of Kellogg students.

I love 1500 Chicago!
1500 Chicago is really solid. It's a great location and most of the people who live here are Kellogg. The management is good. It's not fancy, but it's very comfortable and clean.

Great value for money
Good location and most tenants are Kellogg students. On the flip side, I think it lacks good ventilation and the carpeted floor are not ideal.
